Beginning January 8, 2018, each member will begin logging their miles in a journal. Each team will then put in their miles by 3:30 every Monday (Tuesday if we are off on Monday) of each week (will allow them entered by Wednesday at the latest). First time entering miles will be January 15th and keep track of miles ending March 18th (enter the final miles on the 19th). If you do not enter your miles for the week by the deadline, you lose them. To be fair, we want everyone to see the current miles to encourage each of us to keep going for ourselves and our team.
Only use miles you exercise with (walking to and from the office doesn't count). All miles are on the honor system.
The Conversion Chart tab contains the conversion chart. It will be the ONLY tool used to convert from minutes to miles (please use your treadmill miles if you have one that keeps track of miles). We are just going to compete using the miles.
Winning team will be announced by March 22nd! Trophy to the top team. Subway cards to the top three mile earners.
